Prior to forming Ramesses Development Partners, Kareem Abdus-Salaam was the Managing Member of Structures Unlimited, LLC, (SULLC)
a land development and construction management company based in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Mr. Abdus-Salaam has over 20 years of experience in developing private and government owned land and mixed-use projects. Mr. Abdus-Salaam also has extensive experience with developing and creatively financing privatized student housing, especially on Historically Black Colleges and University (HBCU) campuses.
In addition, Mr. Abdus-Salaam has actively participated for more than thirty-five (35) residential, industrial, and commercial and construction management projects in the Washington Metropolitan area.
Mr. Abdus-Salaam is currently developing two mixed-use projects in the County’s Arts District valued over $50MM, a 245-unit multifamily project to be constructed in Suitland, Maryland near the Nation’s U.S Census Bureau.
In the other jurisdictions, like the City of Philadelphia, Mr. Abdus-Salaam is assisting the Office of the Mayor in securing infrastructure and development financing from a major international Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF).
Mr. Abdus-Salaam is an alumnus of Howard University and Lincoln University. He is married with five children.
